5 Historical Figures with Mental Illness

  1. That’s wonderful. Often we tend to blog about our struggles, which is great as well and people need to hear about other people who are going through the same thing, but sometimes it’s nice to hear something hopeful about our conditions and special about ourselves. Just remember that you are not alone in this and what you are feeling is a result of chemical reactions in our brains that just need to be treated with the right medication. It has nothing to do with willpower, personality, strength, or ability. It is explainable by science and cannot be controlled by willing it away (I wish! ;)) It is not your fault, be patient with and love yourself. 🙂

  2. I needed this, thanks! Enlighten by the facts and it gives me hope. I am motivated and am starting to take note that I am special now dealing with it is the hard part – where to begin? This was very inspirational and could not have been posted at a better time. Thank you!
